Vintage JL Cooper Electronics PPS-100 Midi Sychronizer and Event Generator Evette A Yamaha DTXPRESS IV ElectronicNotes This is a MIDI Sync interface which allows you to stripe (traditionally) a track on analog reel to reel devices which then after playback provides SMPTE for a MIDI Sequencer to sync to. This allows things recorded on tape to insure the MIDI Performances stay synced. The sequencer must be set to slave to MTC and from there watch it do it's magic. This does not include a power supply but it powered on fine with a standard Hosa universal adapter A
